Standard Hours:

You must be consistently available to work [[JOB_REQUISITION_CUSTOM35]] hours per week and must be open and flexible with weekly availability. The Company reserves the right to change these hours with such minimum notice as may be prescribed by applicable employment standards legislation, except in emergency situations, in which case, no notice is required.\xe2\x80\x8b

Your duties, location of employment and reporting relationships may be adjusted at any time, within Rogers\' discretion, to meet its ongoing business requirements, without any advance notice, without constituting termination of your employment or a breach of this agreement.

Hours of Work:

As a member of the store management team, you are required to work during peak times in accordance with the terms of Policy OP8, a copy of which is attached.

Conditional Offer:

This offer and your continued employment with [[JOB_REQUISITION_CUSTOM27]] is conditional upon our receipt of a satisfactory background check which may include a criminal offence check, credit check, driver abstract (if your role requires regular driving), and/or employment references. By providing a signed copy of this offer to the Company you consent to the background check being conducted and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as required for conducting the check. Your employment will not commence until the check has been completed and determined to be satisfactory by the Company in its sole discretion.

Please be advised, you may be required to provide an original criminal record check (which you may be required to obtain at your own cost from your local police station), confirming that you have not been convicted of a criminal offence for which you have not received a pardon.

Property:

You will be provided with Company property which may include materials, tools and equipment. You will be held liable for any damage or loss of Company property, materials, tools or equipment caused by your neglect. Upon leaving this role or termination of your employment, you will be required to immediately return all Company property.

Compensation:

Your annual salary will be $[[JOB_APPLICATION_CUSTOM5]], paid on a bi-weekly basis through direct deposit. Your next annual salary review will be in March, 2024.

All previous shift and other premiums and vehicle and parking allowances will terminate effective the start date in your new role.

Bonus:

Because this is a managerial position you are eligible to participate in the Company\'s Retail bonus program. You are eligible to receive a target bonus payout as part of your overall compensation, to be pro-rated for the period during which you are in this role. Bonus criteria are based on the results of the store in relation to its business objectives. Details about the bonus plan will be communicated under separate cover.

Overtime Eligible:

This position is eligible to be compensated for overtime. All overtime must be approved in advance by your manager.

Vacation:

You are eligible for [[JOB_APPLICATION_CUSTOM9]] vacation. For this year, your vacation will be pro-rated. As your service accumulates, your vacation will increase in accordance with the Rogers Vacation Policy.

Floater Days:

You are eligible for two (2) floater day(s) annually. Based on your start date, the eligible floaters may be pro-rated in your first year. Rogers may designate floater days on annual basis or allow the employees to schedule unassigned floater days at their discretion, with management approval. Benefits:

The Rogers Employee Benefits Program (the "Program") provides flexible benefits that help keep you and your family healthy and at your best - both at work and at home.

Coverage is effective on your first day of work, so long as you meet the eligibility requirements under the terms of the Program. You must have provincial healthcare or equivalent coverage to enroll in Health & Dental benefits. You may opt out of the Health & Dental benefits if you have alternate coverage. Coverage for life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment insurance and long-term disability is mandatory.

In the event your employment is terminated without cause, your short-term disability, long-term disability insurance will cease on the last day of any statutory notice period to which you may be entitled under any applicable legislation. You are not entitled to any damages for the loss of such benefits in respect of any non-statutory notice period whether contractual, or at common law or civil law.

Additionally, you will be eligible to join the Company\'s Wealth Accumulation Program, which includes the Pension Plan, Employee Share Accumulation Plan (ESAP), Global Registered Retirement Savings Plan (Global RRSP) and Rogers Tax-free Savings Account (Rogers TFSA), subject to the terms and conditions of each program. Participation in the Wealth Accumulation Program is voluntary, and all employees must complete three (3) months of continuous service before participation can begin.

In the event that your employment ceases for any reason, you will not be entitled to any continued pension or employee share accumulation plan contributions, or damages for the loss of such contributions, in respect of any non-statutory notice period whether contractual or at common law or civil law pursuant to the provisions of the applicable plan. Effective your first day of work, you are eligible to participate in the Company\'s Employee Discount Program where you will receive generous discounts on many Rogers products and services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Employee Discount Program.
