Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This is a part time position working an average of 3-4 days per week including Saturdays. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling evening gowns and cocktail dresses, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the dress and style they are looking for.
- Provide product information, answer questions, and offer recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Handle cash transactions and maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including organizing and arranging displays
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and effectively manage inventory
- Exceptional customer service skills to provide a positive shopping experience for customers
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively promote and sell products
- Multilingual abilities to assist customers from diverse backgrounds (preferred)
- Cashiering skills to accurately process transactions and handle cash
- Proficiency in operating Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone
