Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, health, and nutrition with knowledge and enthusiasm to inspire others on their wellness journey.

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and promoting our products through engaging product demonstrations. This role requires proficiency in cash handling and the ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.

Must be available Monday-Friday 10am-9pm for flexible hours within that time slot. May be needed for some weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and purchases. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently for cash handling and transactions. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.

Experience

Previous knowledge in supplement products is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn. Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with diverse customer groups. Customer service/retail experience is preferred. Fitness knowledge preferred
