Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards on the sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and organized Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, and active listening Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment Support store organization by managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks efficiently Handle customer inquiries by offering knowledgeable solutions

Qualifications

Strong communication skills in English Previous experience in retail sales, and merchandising preferred Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Customer service-oriented mindset Demonstrated ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction
