About us

Courtside Racquets has proudly opened its doors inside the Winnipeg Winter Club. We are a retail racquet store dedicated to tennis, squash, badminton and pickleball. We are devoted to our customers sporting needs.

We ask that only those with tennis, badminton, squash or pickleball based knowledge and experience apply for this position.

What you'll do

As a racket sport enthusiast, you will be keen to learn more about racket product technology and services. The Racquet Sales Associate's main responsibility will be to ensure our customers have the best retail experience.

Basic qualifications

Minimum 1+ years' experience working in a retail environment. Previous experience playing or knowledge in tennis, badminton, squash or pickleball. Excellent interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications

Share your knowledge and enthusiasm for racquet/sporting goods products. Specialized knowledge in a minimum of one sport such as tennis, squash, badminton or squash. Must be able to assist clients with recommendations in racquets, gear and customer issues. Experience working with shopify point of sales system or ability to acquire knowledge quickly on POS.

Pay: $17.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
