Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with cash handling procedures. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Utilize technical sales skills to explain complex products and services clearly to customers. Manage time effectively to ensure all customer inquiries are addressed promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

What You Bring:

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse customer base Basic math skills and attention to detail for cash handling and transactions Strong time management and task prioritization, especially during high-traffic periods Ability to work independently and within a team setting Full-time availability and consistent, reliable transportation to our Winnipeg office. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
