to support our hospitality operations across Canada. The ideal candidate will have experience insales, customer service, guest engagement, and revenue generation

Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers and guests to
promote hospitality products and services
Drivesales targets, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
Provide accurate information onhospitality offerings, packages, and promotions
Maintain strongcustomer relationships and follow-up communication
Process sales transactions and manageCRM or POS systems
Support marketing and sales initiatives toincrease revenue
Collaborate with internal teams to ensureexcellent customer experience
Maintain accuratesales records and reports

Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Sales Associate, Retail Sales Associate, or Customer Service Sales Representative
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused mindset with a passion forhospitality and service excellence
Ability to work in afast-paced hospitality environment
Strong organizational and time-management skills#
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
hospitality, hotel sales, travel, or tourism industries
Knowledge ofCRM systems, POS software, or sales reporting tools
Ability to meet or exceedsales targets and KPIs
Availability forflexible schedules, weekends, and peak seasons
