Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our medical retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for technology and products, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales through effective upselling and merchandising strategies. Bilingual abilities and experience in retail sales or technical sales are highly valued to enhance our diverse customer interactions.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, highlighting benefits and technical specifications Engage in upselling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and promote featured products Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and product placement Utilize strong communication skills to educate customers about new products and promotions Demonstrate effective time management by efficiently serving multiple customers during busy periods Uphold professional phone etiquette when handling inquiries or follow-up calls

Qualifications

Proven experience in retail sales, technology sales, or related fields preferred Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for cash handling transactions Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work well independently and as part of a team Prior experience in technical or retail sales involving electronics or gadgets is advantageous Experience working on a medical office would be an office

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 16 months

Pay: $26.00-$32.00 per hour
