We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic

Sales Associate

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for luxury retail and exceptional customer service skills.

As a Part-Time Sales Associate, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, engaging, and memorable experience for every customer. You'll represent Gandy Jewelry's core values while showcasing our exclusive collections of fine jewelry, including gold, silver, and custom-designed pieces. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service and personalized shopping experiences. Assist customers with product selection, offering expert advice on jewelry styles, metals, and gemstones. Build lasting relationships with customers and help create a loyal client base. Support daily store operations, including restocking, inventory management, and merchandising. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.

Excellent Interpersonal Skills:

Confident, engaging, and eager to connect with customers.

Sales Experience:

Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience is a strong asset.

Flexibility:

Available to work weekends, holidays, and peak retail periods.
