Sales Representatives - Eco Spa Vancouver Island
Eco Spa Vancouver Island is growing fast, and we're hiring motivated, experienced Sales Professionals to join our team.
What we offer:
Commission-based and salary positions available
Part-time or full-time opportunities
Full-time earning potential: $100,000+ annually
Includes a $60,000 base salary + high commissions
$2,000-$8,000+ per weekend earning potential at trade shows
High commissions with no cap
Bonuses and SPIFFs are commonplace in the hot tub sales world
Qualified leads provided - consistent inbound inquiries that convert to sales
20+ trade show weekends per year with strong close rates
A fun, high-energy team culture with great post-work social time
What we're looking for:
Proven sales experience (commission sales strongly preferred)
Strong experience working with CRMs
Confident communicators with solid closing skills
Comfortable selling in-person at trade shows and with warm inbound leads
Self-motivated, professional, and reliable team players
