Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately. Maintain an organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively. Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Manage time efficiently to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high-quality service.

Skills

Proficient in technical sales with a strong understanding of product features and benefits. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Strong organizational abilities to manage inventory and sales records effectively. Experience in conducting engaging product demos that capture customer interest. Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating discounts or totals accurately. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to selling, with the ability to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.
