Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct footwear fittings to highlight features and benefits Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Provide knowledgeable assistance on store policies, promotions, and product information in a bilingual capacity if applicable Ensure excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by stocking shelves and conducting stock checks regularly Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience

Qualifications

Previous retail sales experience preferred, Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued Familiarity with retail math for cash handling, sales calculations, and basic inventory management Experience with merchandising, stocking, and product demos preferred Knowledge of cashiering procedures and POS systems essential for smooth transactions Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills required to foster positive interactions Ability to perform basic math accurately and handle cash confidently in a fast-paced setting Prior experience working in a shoe store or retail environment is advantageous

Pay: $3,200.00-$4,500.00 per month
