Utilize upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are displayed attractively. Handle customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy. Process transactions accurately using basic math skills for cash handling. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele. Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash. Excellent phone etiquette for managing customer calls professionally. Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales environment. Experience in conducting product demos that highlight key features effectively. Familiarity with technical sales concepts, particularly in technology-related products. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear communication with customers. Proven ability to sell products through effective upselling strategies.
