LOCATION:

Pot-O-Gold Store

STATUS OF EMPLOYMENT:

Part-Time (12-18 hours per week)

POSITION EXPECTATIONS:

Work with little or no supervision Consult with the program supervisor or designate Greet customers Respond to customer questions and provide outstanding customer service Direct customers to merchandise in the store to improve engagement with merchandise Operate a cash register, manage financial transactions and perform cash-out duties Maintain an orderly appearance throughout the sales floor Introduce promotions and opportunities to customers Follow health and safety procedures Follow procedures to meet the store's goals Be a team player with a positive attitude and good communication Represent Pot-O-Gold Store professionally in the community Implement day to day store routine Resolve problems and conflicts as they arise

QUALIFICATIONS:

Retail sales experience

REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of grade 12 Must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance A professional appearance Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
