We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales, particularly in technology products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by providing knowledgeable product demonstrations, assisting with purchases, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing the customer's understanding of the products. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment. Utilize technology effectively to assist customers with their purchases and inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers. Familiarity with cashiering and cash handling procedures is beneficial. Ability to manage time efficiently while multitasking in a fast-paced environment. A background in technology sales or experience with product demonstrations is a plus. Demonstrated ability to upsell products and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
