Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Assist customers with transactions, including cashiering duties and handling payments accurately. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Utilize basic math skills for accurate pricing, discounts, and cash handling.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly desirable. Familiarity with cashiering processes and basic math skills for transaction accuracy. A proactive attitude towards learning about new products. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A genuine interest in helping customers
