We're hiring an Entry Level Sales Associate to represent Webware in professional business environments -- including local events, community areas, business districts, and on-site visits across the Greater Toronto Area.

In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience in sales, communication, and client engagement while learning the foundations of business development and leadership.

Full training is provided

, weekly pay is standard, and there is a

clear, structured path for advancement into leadership and management roles

What You'll Do



Engage with local business owners in person to educate them on Webware's digital solutions Qualify interest, capture accurate lead information, and set appointments Execute structured outreach campaigns (territory coverage, follow-ups, appointment setting) Deliver Webware's message confidently and tailor conversations to each business owner Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align on strategy Maintain accurate CRM notes, next steps, and follow-up reminders Share daily and weekly performance updates (leads, meetings set, conversions) Support logistics for meetings and events to ensure a polished, professional experience Represent Webware with punctuality, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

Qualifications



Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary is an asset) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow Comfortable initiating conversations with business owners Organized, reliable, and able to manage daily travel and follow-ups Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales is an asset Able to commute throughout the Greater Toronto Area for meetings and outreach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
