Job Description

We're seeking a sales team member who thrives on communication, enjoys helping people, and is confident over the phone. Your main goal will be to speak with potential customers, provide moving quotes, follow up on leads, and close bookings.
This position includes commission and performance bonuses for team members who meet or exceed their monthly sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound and receive inbound sales calls Provide accurate quotes and explain services clearly Follow up on warm leads and previous inquiries Use CRM and booking software to track communication and update job statuses Maintain a friendly, professional tone with all customers Collaborate with the operations team to ensure accurate information is passed along
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail Comfortable using computers and CRM tools (training provided) Friendly, professional, and solution-oriented personality Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
