Sales Associate
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
- Assist customers in selecting frames and making purchasing decisions
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently
- Explain features of different frames and lenses
- Maintain a clean and organized display area
- Assist with inventory management and restocking
- Handle customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
Skills:
- Must be fluent in Portuguese
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to sell products and services in a retail environment
- Proficiency in operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Prior experience in retail sales is preferred
- Knowledge of upselling techniques to increase sales revenue
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
