Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently while handling cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet and exceed sales goals through upselling and cross-selling techniques
Skills
- Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and sales records effectively
- Excellent customer service skills to build rapport with customers
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers
- Experience in retail sales is preferred
- English proficiency is a must
- Must have strong communication skills
Background in health and fitness is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
