Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, demonstrating product features, and driving sales through effective upselling and merchandising. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency with POS systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The Sales Associate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience. Any experience with QBO or other inventory/sales programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

Handle over the phone customer support and sales Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Upsell products to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and merchandising Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Ensure proper phone etiquette when communicating with customers or vendors Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve store performance

Qualifications

Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers Experience with product demos, upselling, merchandising, and stock management is desirable Basic math skills for retail math calculations and cash register operations Excellent customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
