About the Role

As a

Luxury Sales Partner

, you'll represent Rolling Luxury Experience, building relationships with clients and helping them access exclusive lifestyle offerings. This is a

base pay + commission

role designed to reward results, confidence, and client success.

Your first months will include hands-on training, where you'll receive a guaranteed

$2,000/month base

while learning our systems, building your pipeline, and developing your luxury sales skills. Once fully trained, your earning potential becomes uncapped -- with top performers reaching $10K+ per month.

Responsibilities

Identify, connect, and qualify leads for luxury lifestyle services Present and close high-value experience packages (chauffeur, private jet, yacht, mansion rentals, etc.) Maintain relationships with clients to drive repeat bookings and referrals Collaborate with our internal concierge team to ensure premium client satisfaction Represent the Rolling Luxury brand with professionalism and confidence at all times

Ideal Candidate

Strong communicator with a confident, client-first approach Motivated by results, income, and growth opportunities Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or events is an asset (not required) Professional, polished, and reliable Self-driven and capable of working independently or with a team

Compensation

$2,500/month base

during training period

Uncapped commissions

available immediately after onboarding High performers may advance to senior base+commission contracts
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $2,500.00-$10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 35 per week
