Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding. Engage in retail sales activities, including upselling products to meet customer needs. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring products are well-stocked. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions and handle cash accurately. Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating strong phone etiquette when necessary. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining a positive work environment. Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members. Proficient in technology sales, with an understanding of product features and benefits. Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
