Position Overview

We are seeking a

self-motivated and dynamic Sales Associate

to join our Surrey team. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience, confidence in

cold calling

, and a passion for connecting with customers through both in-person and

social media platforms

.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being creative -- participating in

social media content creation, short product videos, and promotional campaigns

while also building strong customer relationships and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through

cold calling, walk-ins, networking, and social media outreach

. Engage with contractors, builders, and retail customers to promote Vancasa's product lines. Take part in

social media content creation

, including appearing in videos to promote products and events. Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads to close sales. Provide detailed product knowledge and excellent customer service. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

Proven

sales experience

(preferably in building materials, construction, or retail). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Confident with

cold calling and lead generation

.

Social-media-savvy

- familiar with Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content. Comfortable

on camera

and open to participating in marketing videos. Fast learner who can

adapt quickly

in a dynamic environment. Highly

motivated and goal-oriented
