We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to customers, including technology and merchandise items Perform sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash, credit, or debit payments Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are well-stocked Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Manage time effectively to ensure all customer needs are met efficiently during busy periods Uphold phone etiquette when interacting with customers over the phone or via online channels Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed

Skills

Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer bases Experience in retail sales, merchandise presentation, or cashiering preferred Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math skills for transactions Customer service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor Technical sales experience or familiarity with product demos is advantageous Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively Time management skills to ensure efficient store operations during shifts Ability to upsell products and enhance the overall customer experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.85-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
