Demonstrated guest/customer service excellence focus Ability to safely lift, carry, and move wine cases (40-50lbs) on a regular basis Able to stand for long periods of time and handle repetitive tasks Experience working with computer-based point of sale systems Smart Serve Certification Working knowledge of Windows application including Word, Excel and Outlook Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays Able to work in more than one location

This teammate will be accountable for...

Ensuring total customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer Assist customers with their purchases and provides them with product information when required Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, lifting, carrying and stacking wine cases weighing 40-50 lbs and receiving deliveries of 55-110 cases on a weekly bases, using proper lifting techniques Run reports and input data into Excel spreadsheets Monitor daily Outlook email communications to remain current on the operation needs and sales directives Merchandising for new campaigns, keeping shelves and display units clean Handle cash and accurately balance the till Complies with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace
