Job Description
Vapour Solutions Sooke is now hiring a Part-Time sales associate! We specialize in personal vaporizers, e-liquids, and accessories with an emphasis on customer service.
As a salesperson at Vapour Solutions, you will work directly with customers helping them to select appropriate gear to fit their lifestyles.
Must be 19 or older-Must be legally authorized to work in the Canada
Customer service skills, including problem solving and respectfully handling customer complains/issues
Strong work ethic and ability to act independently and remotely
Customer service skills & mindset
Team-Player with a positive attitude
Exceptional relationship building abilities
Self-motivated
Excellent communication skills
Punctual, reliable and professional
1- 2 years vape experience preferred
Ability to stand for approximately 4-8 hours
Works independently with little or no supervision.
Job Duties
Recommend and select the right merchandise based on the individual's requirements Build customer confidence by offering them suggestions and opinions Explain the advantage and use of the merchandise to the customer Demonstrate use and operation of the product Answer customer queries regarding the store and the merchandise Arrange and display merchandise Keep merchandise area tidy
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred Relevant product knowledge and training
Experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.70 per hour
