Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor. Assist customers in making informed decisions about their beverage choices. Provide outstanding product knowledge, including details about various wines, liquors, and beers. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, processing transactions with a smile. Keep the store shelves fully stocked and organized, ensuring a visually appealing display. Monitor and control inventory levels, reporting any discrepancies to management. Maintain a clean and tidy store environment, including the checkout area. Comply with all relevant laws and company policies regarding the sale of alcoholic beverages. Promote and contribute to a positive team environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred. Knowledge and passion for alcoholic beverages, including wines, spirits, and beers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling. Must be at least 18 years old. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be legally eligible to work in Alberta.
