As part of his/her duties, the Sales Associate reports directly to the management team and more specifically to the Store Manager. The objective of the position is to ensure customer service according to the standards of the organization.
$16.50 hourly + Commission of sales

Tasks and responsibilities :
To protect the image of the organization in the customer service sector.
Dynamic presence to establish contact with customers.
Answer with courtesy and professionalism.
Identify the needs and accompany the customers in their research.
Listening in order to clearly identify needs.
Guide customers to the desired product and inform them according to the characteristics of the product.
Generate sales according to real financial objectives and needs.
Promote brand image and business growth.
Meet the service requirements of the organization.
Maintain standards and first impression.
Actively participates in the daily activities of the store.
Collaborate effectively with customers and the management team.
Know the specific characteristics of the products offered.
Adhere to existing policies and procedures.
