Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated , personable Salesperson to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to drive sales through effective communication and an engaging personality . As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while maintaining the store's operational standards.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers. Assist in inventory management tasks, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts.

Requirements

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers. Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures; experience with POS systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as needed.
