We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a knack for sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products and services. Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain an organized and clean sales floor, ensuring merchandise is well-displayed and stocked. Demonstrate effective phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Assist in inventory management, including restocking shelves and conducting inventory counts as required. Foster a welcoming environment by being bilingual or multilingual, catering to diverse customer needs.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in basic math for accurate cash handling and transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer service. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
