Overview
We are seeking a high energy and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team, with a starting contract of 3 months with opportunities to become Core Staff. Product knowledge, friendly demeanour, and being able to support a good and personable experience at our store.
Duties
Greet customers with INSANE vibes and be able to direct them based on their wants and needs. Maintain super dynamic merchandising displays to promote products. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash transactions with accuracy. Convey your supreme customer service through fun banter and product knowledge. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Provide accurate knowledge on skate culture and product, build totally SHREDDABLE boards!
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but NOT required. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. If you're bilingual, we want you to apply! French and English fluency are key. Excellent phone etiquette is required for any customer interactions via phone.
