Job Description
What You'll Do:
Connect with customers through asking open-ended customers to better understand what they are looking for Show & Style customers multiple outfits Describe features and benefits of the products Explain "how-to-wear" the outfits shown to the customers Maintain the store standards to keep the clothes and boutique clean and organized Some Heavy lifting required; bending, kneeling, standing for extended periods of time Receive, unbox, hang, and merchandise products Utilize POS system to cash customers out Share instagram and TikTok ideas to enhance the brand
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends Experience in a fast paced customer service environment Comfortably with being on social media is an asset Experience working in a sales driven environment is an asset Excellent communication and reading skills Excellent decision making ability and problem solving skills Proficiency with computers Detail oriented Ability to multi-task Seasonal position with the possibility of staying on after the holiday season.
