What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:
Deliver top-notch service: As a Sales Associate, you'll greet every customer and make them feel welcome while understanding their needs. Drive sales results: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by showcasing Rogers' products, services, and solutions. Become a product expert: As a Sales Associate, stay updated on Rogers' latest plans, devices, and promotions so you can confidently recommend the best options. Resolve issues: Provide fast and friendly assistance to ensure customers leave happy -- a critical part of your role as a Sales Associate. Work as a team: Collaborate with other Sales Associates and leaders to achieve shared goals.
What We're Looking For in a Sales Associate:
Previous experience in sales or customer service (experience as a Sales Associate is an asset). A friendly, approachable personality and strong communication skills. A proven ability to hit sales goals and thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. A positive attitude and willingness to learn -- traits that make a successful Sales Associate.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$25.44 per hour
Work Location: In person
