Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused

Sales Associate

to join our team. In this role, you will drive sales while providing exceptional service, helping customers select the right devices and plans, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service

Greet and assist customers in a professional and welcoming manner Help customers identify their mobile needs and recommend suitable products and plans Demonstrate device features and answer questions about pricing and specifications Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns courteously
Sales & Revenue

Proactively engage customers to promote products and services Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals Upsell and cross-sell products and accessories to enhance customer experience Accurately process transactions using the POS system
Product Knowledge

Stay informed about the latest mobile devices, plans, and Freedom Mobile promotions Continuously update product knowledge and industry trends Educate customers on product features and benefits for informed purchasing decisions
Store Maintenance

Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing Monitor inventory and assist with restocking as needed Participate in routine store tasks, including inventory counts and merchandising

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous retail experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Customer-focused with a passion for service excellence Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Basic knowledge of mobile devices and technology Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
