As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers while achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and technical sales presentations. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Maintain organized merchandising displays to enhance the shopping experience. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. Assist customers with inquiries via phone etiquette, ensuring clear communication at all times. Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and maintain a positive work environment. Stay informed about new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Proficiency in technology sales, including familiarity with technical products and services. Experience in retail sales with a solid understanding of merchandising principles. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently. Ability to perform product demonstrations that highlight features and benefits to customers.
