What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing: We are seeking an articulate, ambitious and dependable Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in working with retail customers and possesses an ability to achieve results. A successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and the ability to actively engage with customers. The Sales Associate is accountable for effectively communicating with customers to achieve company objectives by closing sales and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions
- Process returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations
- Sundry duties as needed
- Will need to lift 30 - 50lbs from time to time Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Excellent organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor
