We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products while maintaining the store's visual standards.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience. Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. Maintain a strong understanding of the store's product offerings and promotions. Maintain the showroom by arranging and displaying furniture to create appealing layouts Stay informed about current trends in furniture and home decor Create and post engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).

Preferred Qualifications

:

Previous experience in furniture sales or interior design. Knowledge of furniture styles, trends, and materials. Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays.

Skills

Proven ability in upselling products to enhance customer purchases. Proficiency in English, additional languages are plus. Excellent organizational skills to maintain store standards and inventory management. Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, showcasing knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or design is a bonus.
