Position: Sales Associate

Location: Ottawa - CF Rideau Centre

Super Crunch Tanghulu aims to create unforgettable memories through innovative fresh fruit dessert products. We have operations in both shopping centres and festivals, and are best known for our tanghulu, the #1 fresh fruit dessert on the market. We currently operate at 5 shopping centres, in addition to over 100 festivals per year, including some of the biggest festivals in Canada, and attract a wide customer base that that transcends age, culture and nationality. Our mall locations are based in Ottawa, London, and the GTA, with plans for significant expansion in the coming years. RESPONSIBILITIES

Maximize store business results by consistently creating exceptional Customer experiences. Maintains exceptional product knowledge Provide a great shopping experience to the customer, and maintain compelling merchandise presentation that will encourage positive customer connections and loyalty Fosters teamwork, collaboration within the store Maintain effective, open lines of communication with other team members Carry out other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and co-workers Excellent customer service and strong will to assist customer needs Motivated and driven to achieve results Ability to work efficiently in the fast-paced team environment Openness to learn and develop new skills Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change Ability to assume a variety of scheduled shifts including closing shifts and weekends as required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18-$20 per hour

Full Time: 36hrs/week (12hr shifts, 3 days per week)

Part Time: Flexible hours and times

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: As Soon As Possible
