Cell2n is a leading PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) company seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting our innovative PEMF products and solutions to potential clients. This position is high commission-based, providing excellent earning potential for individuals with a proven track record in sales. Responsibilities: Generate Sales Leads: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals,. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients. Conduct Sales Presentations: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and demonstrate the benefits of our PEMF products. Deliver persuasive and compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition, features, and benefits of our solutions. Offer tailored solutions that align with their specific needs, showcasing the advantages of PEMF technology and how it can address their challenges. Negotiation and Closing: Develop and execute effective negotiation strategies to secure sales contract. Sales Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and client interactions using CRM software. Analyze sales data and regularly provide reports on sales performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement. Requirements: Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years, preferably in the healthcare, wellness, or medical device industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Knowledge of PEMF Technology: Familiarity with Pulsed Electromagnetic Field technology and its applications in healthcare and wellness. Ability to articulate the benefits and advantages of PEMF devices to potential clients. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present and articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. Active listening skills to understand client needs and address inquiries. Results-Oriented: Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals and targets. Demonstrated ability to work independently and thrive in a commission-based sales environment. Relationship Building: Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to build rapport, establish trust, and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals while maintaining a win-win approach. Strong business acumen to navigate complex sales cycles and overcome objections. Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales activities. Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and conferences. Adaptability to evolving market conditions and the ability to embrace new sales strategies and techniques.
