JDI Cleaning Services is a leading provider of commercial cleaning services. We take pride in delivering exceptional, reliable service while fostering strong, long-term relationships with our clients. We are currently seeking a Sales Associate to join our team and drive business growth through new client acquisition and relationship management.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities and growing our client base. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Lead Development:

Proactively seek out and identify new business opportunities, targeting potential clients that could benefit from our services.

Sales Calls:

Conduct both cold and warm calls to introduce our services, understand client needs, and convert leads into opportunities.

Walkthroughs:

Schedule and perform thorough walkthroughs of client premises to assess their cleaning requirements and provide accurate service quotes.

Previews Scheduling and Completion:

Ensure proper understanding of client expectations by scheduling and completing pre-service previews.

Collaboration with Regional Director:

Work closely with the Regional Director to assign Local Franchisees (LFs) to projects and determine appropriate pricing for each client.

Qualifications:

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident.

Must be resident in Red Deer/Red Deer County.

Bacherlor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a Sales related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a B2B service industry.

Proven success in managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and driving growth.

Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Sales mindset with a keen focus on strategy and profitability.

Excel based scorecard for tracking KPIs and sales metrics

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred candidates will have previous experience in sales roles (such as commercial cleaning, real estate, or car sales) where success is driven by consistently securing new business and maintaining a pipeline to earn monthly commissions.

Base Salary

$2,500/Monthly

Commission

Recurring Cleaning Contracts ("RCC"): The sale of a RCC will result in a one-time commission payment of 60% of the monthly contract value after $3000 in recurring sales has been reached, payable over three monthly installments. The payment schedule will commence 60 days after the contract start date. Should the RCC terminate for any reason during the respective commission payment schedule, the commissions payment schedule will immediately become void, and no commission payment will be owed to you by the Company.

One Time Cleaning Contracts ("OTCC"): The sale of an OTCC will result in a one-time commission payment of 5% of the total contract amount. OTCC commissions will be paid twice annually, in a single lump sum, within six months of the contract invoice date. Should the OTCC terminate for any reason prior to the Company receiving payment, the commissions payment schedule will immediately become void, and no commissions payment will be owed to you by the Company.
