Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demos and explain features to customers effectively Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and sales Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and cashiering duties Maintain organized merchandise displays and ensure shelves are stocked appropriately Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods Use phone etiquette when communicating with customers over the phone or via other channels Assist with merchandising tasks to promote sales and product visibility Support the team in achieving sales targets through proactive engagement

Requirements

Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or technology sales preferred Ability to perform product demos and explain technical features clearly Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash register operations Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities Customer service-oriented mindset with professional phone etiquette Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Technical knowledge related to products or electronics is advantageous but not required
