Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, providing them with product knowledge and support. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer experience through effective communication, merchandising, and technical sales skills.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and product selections. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking products as needed. Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations. Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently within a retail environment. Help expand our Social Media presence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, particularly in English and other languages. Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette. Ability to demonstrate organizational skills in managing tasks and responsibilities effectively. A proactive approach to learning about new products and services offered by the company. Pay: $17.85-$28.82 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
