Job Description

Tofino FIshing and Trading and Storm Light Outfitters is looking for full and part time retail sales staff. Do you enjoy outdoor adventure? How about meeting like-minded individuals who share a passion for the outdoors? The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, cash handling and computer experience and will be a team player.

During your shifts you will:

Assist customers if finding the right clothing and gear for their next adventure Ensure a safe, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for both customers and staff POS transactions and end of day cash outs Assist in merchandizing store to enhance product presentation Perform other tasks and duties that are applicable
The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in retail, inventory control and cash handling Physically capability to lift moderately heavy items, stand for long periods of time, bend, stretch, engage in repetitive motions, push, pull and carry items and use a step ladder Availability to work days, early evenings, weekends and holidays
