Walk in Comfort is a locally owned and operated business that has served Vancouver Island communities for almost 30 years. With five stores conveniently located in Hillside, Mayfair, Downtown Victoria, Sidney, and Duncan.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills enabling them to effectively engage with customers and promote our products. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Utilize cashiering skills to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain an organized sales floor, ensuring products are well-displayed and stocked. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience. Stay informed about product knowledge, market trends, and competitive offerings to effectively address customer inquiries.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred, Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and maintain an orderly workspace. A proactive approach to selling with the ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate items.

Wages:

$17.40/hr with 2% commission. Top earners can earn over $20/hr.
