Position Overview

Club Pilates Rockcliffe is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate who is driven, reliable, and passionate about wellness. This role is ideal for someone with a background in sales and customer service, and a genuine interest in building relationships with our members.

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include outbound prospecting, member engagement, and limited in-studio sales. Note: Due to the nature of the shift schedule (early mornings and weekends), most sales opportunities will come through proactive lead outreach (calls, follow-ups, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

Contact prospects to schedule Intro classes and confirm attendance. Guide new visitors through their first class experience and support conversion to membership. Generate new membership agreements and upsell personal training packages where appropriate. Meet or exceed daily personal sales targets. Build relationships with current members to support satisfaction and retention. Reconnect with inactive members to re-engage them with studio offerings. Participate in local marketing efforts (e.g., flyer distribution, pop-ups, and events). Assist with operational tasks such as studio cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory. Continue developing sales and service skills. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

1+ year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (fitness or retail preferred). Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence in building rapport with a diverse range of individuals. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for transactions. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Bilingual or multilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $17.60 Commission + performance-based incentives Complimentary Club Pilates Membership (after successful completion of probationary period)
