We're seeking individuals with:

1-2 years of proven experience exceeding sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle complex issues Physical capability to assist customers, including standing, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.

YOUR MISSION

As a Sales Associate, you will:

Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability targets by providing outstanding customer service. Uphold brand values through exemplary customer interactions. Complete required training to enhance store performance. Ensure compliance with Loss Prevention measures and operational standards. Assist in new store openings and closings, with potential travel opportunities. Execute sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage incoming and outgoing merchandise effectively. Maintain cleanliness of sales floor and stockroom.
