Sales Associates at Westside Beer Wine and Spirits are responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect products. Operate cash registers and handle transactions. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays with merchandise. Maintain attractive and organized product displays. Verify customer age to comply with legal drinking age requirements. Ensure compliance with all store policies and procedures. Complete sales reports and necessary paperwork. Collaborate with team members and support store operations.

Requirements

Must be 19 years of age or older. Prior retail or customer service experience; wine, beer, and spirit knowledge is a plus. Ability to work early shifts as needed (6:00am on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays). Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment. Capable of lifting up to 20kg (50lbs). Strong team player with an excellent work ethic and dedication.

Competitive compensation starting at $15.70/hour based on experience and background. Performance-based quarterly bonus plan.
