Super Crunch Inc. aims to create unforgettable memories through innovative fresh fruit dessert products. We have operations in both shopping centres and festivals, and are best known for our tanghulu, the #1 fresh fruit dessert on the market. We currently operate at 5 shopping centres, in addition to over 100 festivals per year, including some of the biggest festivals in Canada, and attract a wide customer base that that transcends age, culture and nationality. Our mall locations are based in Ottawa, London, and the GTA, with plans for significant expansion in the coming years. The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Sales Associate with superior customer service skills to sell tanghulu and hot beverages, as well as prepare and sell chocolate strawberry cups, at the 2025 Ottawa Christmas Market. Following successful completion of the Market, Sales Associates may have the opportunity for continued employment at our Super Crunch Tanghulu stores at the Rideau Centre or Bayshore Shopping Centre.

Position Duration:

November 21 - December 31, 2025*

Job Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service while taking sales orders, interacting with customers and providing a positive experience Prepare chocolate strawberry cups for customers Maintain exceptional quality standards Collaborate with other team members to ensure orders are processed efficiently Inform supervisor of inventory shortage and refill requirements Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including daily cleaning of food prep tools, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with setup and teardown of event booth

Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be available to work for the entire duration of the Ottawa Christmas Market Must be comfortable standing outdoors in the winter for extended periods of time Basic math skills, including retail math Ability to communicate effectively with customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to complete job responsibilities without direct supervision Demonstrate strong work ethics: responsible, reliable, and punctual Maintain a positive attitude, showing entrepreneur spirit in problem solving and improving sales Experience working in a team environment Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, but not required Going beyond what is required to achieve goals Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
