for all energy affordability programs across Canada. Your job is to help people understand what they qualify for and guide them through the process.
No previous sales experience is needed, we'll train you.
What You'll Be Doing
Call homeowners to explain how they can qualify for rebates and upgrades through government programs.
Answer questions, collect basic information, and book appointments for our energy advisors.
Use our system (we'll train you) to track your calls and schedule follow-ups.
Follow a simple script and learn how to handle common questions or concerns.
Hit easy-to-follow targets (calls per day, appointments booked).
What We're Looking For
Friendly, confident phone voice.
Good conversational skills.
Willing to learn and take coaching.
Show up on time and bring positive energy.
Basic computer skills, if you can use email and a browser, you're good.
